I'm not sure whether VMware modified the snapshot removal process with multiple snapshots in VMware Workstation as they did in ESX/ESXi. In case they did, you should be able to delete the snapshots at once, if they didn't you may run out of disk space during removal. Unless somebody else has some insight and knows the process, I'd stick with a single snapshot removal.
