In the OP DarQScreaM states "... If i want to run little business ..." and I take that more in the commercial sense however MSDN subscriptions are licensed on a per-user basis which does allow other users to use the software except if developing software and nearing its completion an MSDN subscription license also allows the developers end users to access the software to perform acceptance tests on the programs. There are additional limitations and some uses would actually require the purchase of a Retail or Commercial Volume License, e.g. using a MSDN install for regular email.
The point I'm making is if DarQScreaM was to purchase the $699 USD MSDN Operating Systems subscription he is the only one that would be allowed to use the software aside from the previously mentioned exception so MSDN is not a viable route is the 10 VM's are going to be use in normal every day business type use.
