I just wanted to update here. I have applied the patch after working with support and at the moment the issue still remains. It is somewhat changed though, at the moment the clusters are all alerting showing 0 VM capacity on all categories. Similarly all datastores show 0 days remaining for planning on all categories. I plan to continue working with support to see what we can come up with.
In the meantime, if anyone has any ideas on what's going on please let me know. =) I'm attaching screens of the current situation with the datastores for reference as well as the policy under 3 a/b/c. Please note though that these have been modified many times and make no changes in the reported capacity. I suppose you can't go lower than 0 haha.
I'll update here with anything relevant.
